My 2011 MMA resolution will be to no longer watch the Ultimate fighter. This show is a Snooki or JWOWW away from being Jersey Shore. It really has gone down hill.

UFC predictions: Cain will lose to JDS in an all out war, Shields will beat GSP, Silva will beat Belfort, Shogun will beat Evans, Machida will KO Couture, Lil Nog will defeat Tito, Bader will defeat Bones Jones and Mir will look like Sloth Fratelli after his 3rd encounter with Brock Lesnar.

(yes I do like Brock more then Mir.) That was for you Jimbo!

Strikeforce has my interest but it really needs to pick up it's game this year and come through with a couple of blockbuster events in order to keep it.

Barnett will kill Arlovski, Fedor over Big Foot, and Werdum will lose either a rematch with Fedor or a fight with Overeem, whatever happens first.

Ok my bad I just read who was facing who in the Strikeforce HW title. Kharitonov will beat Arlovski and Barnett will help Rogers back into the Tire business.

Wishes for 2011:

- The Strikeforce HW tournament really taking place. Because, if it does, it'll be awesome

- Cain Velasquez vs Junior dos Santos

- Fedor vs Overeem (may happen in the tournament semis)

- Vitor Nobrega getting back the KSW title

- MMA legal in France

- Shogun beating Rashad... badly

- GSP vs Shields turning into actually an interesting fight

- Nick Diaz vs Mayhem

- Aoki improving his striking

- Demian Maia back to submission wins

- Hellboy back to being an elite fighter
