Indianapolis-- Indianapolis Colts cornerback Jacob Lacey is speaking publicly after he says he was mistakenly pulled over by several police cars. Lacey first mentioned the incident Monday via his twitter account.
One day later, Lacey said he was mad when he was stopped on his way to practice at the Colts complex around noon Monday. He said he didn't know what was going on when about eight cop cars pulled up behind him with their lights and sirens on.
"I thought it was a routine stop. I asked him what I did and he just told me to get out of the car. Cuffed me, went around my car and left. I'm already passed it. My focus is now on the Jets," said Lacey.
Lacey said the officers never apologized for mistaking his car for one that was used in a crime. On his twitter account, he wrote that it looked like he was on America's Most Wanted.

The police did this to me once in that same neighborhood 20 something years ago.
A blue van had robbed a village pantry, I had 10 cops behind me when I pulled over.
They had there guns drawn too! Luckily the robbers were men and I was by myself at the time, so as soon as they realized they didn't have the right vehicle, they sped off into the night. phew!
