I saw a graphic on the TV last night showing all of Ohio States losses to SEC teams and there were the 1978 Buckeyes who started the streak. That was my freshman year and that game was historic because it was more built up as Woody v/s the Bear. I still have my Big 10 Championship ring and Sugar Bowl watch from that year. I wonder how long Pryor and co. will hold on to theirs.Memo to all who think about selling such treasured gifts. When you get older and something comes on TV that you were a part of and you have nothing but a memory of it you will realize at that moment what a dumb mistake you made.

Yeah time will show, but I think in the long run he will buy those things back.

You don't know how those OSU clingers are. They will never give those things back. They will be on ebay til a die hard collector buys them. They are gone forever.

True i should have used OJ as a case study. I did see a 2002 NC ring for sale.

QUOTE(#5):

In TP's case, it must be the result of trophy saturation. Pryor's probably been getting trophies and awards since he was little. Over time, these accumulated mementoes lose their meaning and it's "just another award." I pity him.

I agree...i never appreciated any of my awards, it was the game that I loved not the SWAG.
