The All-Star "Game" isn't a game. It's a skating/shooting exhibition. If I were Crosby, or any other player, I'd try to skip it.

A lot of players don't want to play in it, look at Lidstrom and Datsyuk last year...

The All Star game is a joke in any sport. The Dunk Contest and Home Run Derby are the only all star events worth watching. Nutz, your an idiot.

Here's a thought-The NHL might want to consider awarding 2 pts to each eastern or western team (whoever wins) so that this game would have some meaning to it.The home ice advantage is a start though.

A.) I watch 3-5 NHL games a week, yet I never watch the ASG. It's super-lame.

B.) I'd bet money you've never had a serious concussion before, if you're spouting that kind of ignorance.
