I agree with Hyped.
No matter how you'll feel. Either this is for you, or you will find out (rather painfully) that it is not :)

On the bright side, it would be painful no matter what :)

Its for everybody, you just have to know the level your at, if your out of shape then start very slow because you will end up hurting yourself. I enrolled in a MMA gym a month ago and I am still trying to learn things and even though I know I am in great shape because I work out 4-5 times a week and play in basketball leagues, MMA work out is totally different and I feel like a baby learning all over again how to get in shape. Good luck!
