NCAAF  > General NCAAF  > Texas Tech - A Bunch of Freakin P*ssies

TT decided for the second straight year that they couldn't man up and play TCU. And then to top it off, they hire one of TCU's best young defensive minds as their defensive coordinator. I can understand that part, but to back out on a game, claiming they have to adjust to a new Big 12 schedule(that they've known about for months) is chickensh*t.
I'm pissed. Now we'll probably have to add a non-BCS school this late and take more **** for it. Any takers? Auburn? Ohio St? Oregon? Some one in the BE want a taste of what's coming?
**** TT, knew you were a bunch of losers, but this is PATHETIC!

Can anyone tell I'm mad?

I think you should go after Wisc for a rematch!

What if TCU agreed to come to Columbus?

Mr. Gee could flip the coin.

That would be the best...i am sure he would spin this! I think it would be a great match up only issue is they have 12 games scheduled and possible of 14 games.

I think Cal is still looking for a team to replace the (formerly) non-conference game they had scheduled with Colorado. That's a game I'd like to see...

BYU would be a good match perhaps-I know they play some patsies early next year.

Oh just do what the SEC does ... schedule Troy, The Citadel and Furman then deflect all criticism with talk of your murderer's row.

:)

You forgot the words 'brutal' and 'gauntlet'.

Eleven. It apparently takes 11 posts to bring the SEC into a thread that has nothing to do with them. :)

Now, if you want to bring the SEC into this thread in a meaningful manner, you should focus on Tuberville. He did this same thing at Auburn except that he has better cover here - needing to drop a non-conference game versus just simply knowing you're going to get you butt whooped.

I thought about bringing up Tuberville, but i was deliberately trying to STAY out of an argument with SEC fans yesterday.

What do you make of the proposed conference schedule change having TCU go up to Idaho to play Boise State?

What? first I heard about that. Kinda lost track of CFB the last couple of weeks. the latest schedule still shows TCU at home vs. Boise. Know something we don't?

Yep. Apparently the MWC has come up with the idea of switching it to a home game for Boise which will benefit the MWC's long term BCS evaluation. (Not really sure why this is as it's technically not a win or loss against the Big East.) But it's really just petty.

Yep.

That'll make the game infinitely harder. The good news is that the MWC said BSU had to get rid of the cheesy blue field. :)
Maybe I'll see TNerb up there.

hehe
