I agree....

"After what Silva did to Belfort on Saturday night, there's no one in the world who would be favored to beat Silva."

Those are the words of mmafighting.com

If anyone disagree, then I beg ya.... challenge me to a TD :)

nah. Just kidding. If anything still have doubts though.... let's hear it & debate it!

Ok, is this a Roni or Assassin TD? Man, was Anderson lucky or what tonight?

You can't call that luck

Lucky?!?!?!

I'd like to hear you say some more about Silva's supposed decline.

Zero luck involved.

We'll see when gsp takes him apart.

But you said he was supposed to have already declined, meaning that he would lose yesterday.

February 6, 2011  11:13 AM ET

GSP vs Anderson isn't even a fair fight. The difference in height is too much.

February 6, 2011  11:14 AM ET

The least that you can acknowledge is that, not only was there no luck involved, but also that Anderson just had one of the best KOs of his career.

Man, I am still amazed on how he pulls these tricks from his hat.

The more I think about it, the more I think Spider & bones are simply in another plan level than all other fighters. they simply make it look like it's easy!

I agree with Hyped on the no-luck thing. Luck would have been if he would have thrown a kick to defend himself and it hit on the button (like Lesnar did to Randy :) ). But was it was, he initiated it, faked the body and went to the head. No luck involved, simply amazing!

Obviously it doesn't prove anything for either fighters, since Vitor didn't have any chance to display his skills... but this is amazing!

I really hope GSP fights Silva at the end of the year, not now in Brazil. But at we have just seen, Silva is obviously not declining and anyone stepping into the ring against himn should really expect the unexpected.

BTW, LOL at assassin! :P
Not my fault this site double-posts me !!! :)

Roni, did you like the bit where referee Yamazaki told the fighters "Ce ta pronto? Ce ta pronto? Vamos pra briga!" :)

February 6, 2011  01:51 PM ET

Oh Jimmy.

Wait. You were just saying Belfort was going to. Sudden change of heart?

February 6, 2011  02:54 PM ET

Jim doesn't like Anderson and it's obvious that factor clouds his judgement, for Anderson is clearly P4P #1 in the world right now.

I Loved it!!!
You have to ask Jim how much better interpreter I am than anyone Dana put so far...

I am trying to convince him to call dana and land me this job. I'll translate for free... just fly me to the events and let me watch it...

QUOTE(#17):

We could not figure out if andersons delcline is indeed real. How can you gleam anything from that fight last night? They circled eachother for 2 mins and the fight lasted literally a minute.

Because, when in doubt, or without proof, you can't really say "fighter X is declining", and that's what you did.

But he did finish one of the world's top fighters, that much we know.

I've been saying for quite sometime that if gsp fought anderson that gsp would win.

You said for quite some time that Belfort would take down Silva. I recall you being quite adamant about Silva losing. There's a certain point where you want a guy to lose so you look for every way for them to lose. You have to accept the fact Silva is the best P4P fighter in the world, maybe of all-time.
