Although we all know that Pat Riley can coach and has all those championship rings and tons of experience, I really think that Eric Spoelstra is doing a good job for someone as young as him. The Heat should ride it out with Spoelstra at the reigns.
Give Spoelstra another year. For all the crying? Miami was better than all but 1 team in the league last year. Better than most of the whiner's teams
