If youIf you???re going to post threads, post threads worth talking about. Nobody cares what Paul Daley thinks. Your such a noob, I bet you just started watching MMA and just want to be cool and blend in with the rest of the group. I bet you wear tight affliction t-shirts on the weekends and drink protein shakes at work in the break room bragging how much you can bench press lol
I would say if you don't post new topics, don't bash against someone who does.
Most times when I can't post, then only other person making this MMA board active is snake.
while I can see the criticism of him not actively discussing in the boards, I find it funny that most people prefer to bash him for doing something that is inherent to a message boards... putting up new threads.
And if you don't think it is a great topic, then don't read.

Hey, he bashes on me in my topics so if he can dish it then be ready to accept it. You know the rules.
I have great interest in this fight, and think it will be a great fight.
And while I do agree PD has the advantage standing up, let's not forget that Diaz stood up all fight against K.J. Noons, so he is not afraid to stand & bang.
And, if this goes to the ground, we know it's game over for Paul. So while I agree with Paul on his own assessment, this is more like a "taunting" to lure Diaz to stand and strike than anything else...

I know. and I am sorry if it sounds like I am talking only about you.
Most people in this board bashes snake every topic he puts up.
but on the other hand, man, show some restrain. he said you r a noob. You went all personal... no need to "up one" :)

Roni you know the formula beating guys like Daley, on his feet he is dangerous but on the ground he is done. And you know he is one of my favorite fighters because he will knock you out if you try to stand with him but has terrible ground game.

Thats not all he said, your only reading one comment. Plus I do expect you to call me out just like I am sure you expect me to call you out. Rules apply on both end, its part of the debate. :)

well, that's the intriguing part though.
Diaz is known for trying to prove he is tuff and he could try to stand all fight.
I would LOVE to see that happen... but do you think he will be dumb enough?

No he won't stand in front of him, just like how Kos wouldn't and Gsp would stand with Alves

I think he will stand for a while at first because Diaz does love to stand and bang. Daley is underestimating Diaz because he can take some shots wihout it fading him a bit (can he take a Daley punch though? ) and don't underestimate Diazs boxing skills. But eventually Diaz will take Daley down and sub him pretty quickly. But I look forward to watching this fight.

I think you are mixing up guys like GSP (who plays safe) and the Diaz brothers (thugs who likes to prove how tough they are).
Diaz stood for full 5 rounds against a boxer/kickboxer in K.J. Noons. Someone who not only has a great standup, but more than that, had already beaten Diaz via TKO on the first encounter.
So I disagree Diaz plays "safe". if anything, the fact he stood against Noons just goes to show his striking game improved, and that he might be inclined to prove Paul wrong.

Snake bringing in the pain... :P

I don't know if Diaz has good Takedowns... but then again, I don't think Paul has great TDD neither :)

Well it will end up on the ground at some point I'm sure, even if its Daley dropping him. Once it goes to the ground it will end quickly. Diaz doesn't necessarily need to be the one getting the takedown. He's every bit as deadly frm his back as in dominant position.

And thats why he is not a smart fighter, if he is dumb enough to stand and gets K.O will only show his lack of intelligence.

Your welcome for adding life to your thread lol, you have to stir the pot a little.

you really put your opinion ahead of facts.
You call him dumb where I call him gutsy.
I rather have someone who challenges the strong points of the opponent than great gifted guys who prefer the easy secure road to a 5 round snooze fest decision win.
And like I said, he is not slouch in his strikes. it is not like we are asking Cheick Kongo to try and go to the ground against Nog.
