As a Duke fan, I feel as confident about them winning it all as I did this time last year. Not very. But we saw what happened. Not that they don't have the talent to do it or the coaching experience, I just see it being a tough task to take on. We'll see if Kyrie Irving will be as productive as he was early in the year (if he returns) , I just kicked my dog for that memory. damn 17 point lead with 11 minutes to go! AHHHHH! Blew it!

Every year it just seems easy to pick the 1 seeds and it never works out, I have 3 of them.

OSU

Duke

Georgetowne

Pitt

OSU wins it all over Pitt

What the hell!!!!!!! Half my post didn't make it through. Damn you FN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

March 15, 2011  02:51 PM ET

I'm not going to waste my time typing all that mess again, but to clear it up. My comment about kicking my dog for that memory was in response to Kentucky being the only team to beat Duke in the elite 8 after Duke blew a 17 point lead with 11 minutes left.

DIE THREAD!! DIE!!!

georgetown has lost their last 4 or 5 straight games........... I think if USC comes through they could lose in the 1st round.... sure you want to have them in your final four?

Wright has been out with an injury, that has hurt them. I stated it in all that mess FN didn't post, but Wright will be back for the tourney. I'm going out on a limb with or without Wright, but we'll see.

So who ya got?

March 15, 2011  11:38 PM ET

wasnt aware of the injury thay might just chang things.
my final 4 is UNC, UCONN, BYU, KAN
pretty risky but well see what happens

I would say it's pretty risky. I could see 2 of those teams gone in the 2nd round. But that's why they play the game..

No way to BYU. They are not as good as some would like to believe. For sure Duke and Kansas.

I was really confused about how the NCAA handled the process, very unique. But it was a good story none the less. Like they say, when you play with fire, you usually end up getting burned.

I don't know if I've ever lost a FF team in the first round before. That's what I get for being different I guess! So much for Chris Wright.

March 19, 2011  11:23 AM ET

I will get back with you in April!

March 19, 2011  12:25 PM ET

How are ya today CHD? My FF picks are George Mason/Temple/Gonzaga/MH State! What do ya think my chances are?

Well, you can always hope George Mason makes it. haha!

I've lost two Final Four teams in the first weekend. One was far fetched anyways (Georgetown) But the other clearly had the easiest bracket and couldn't get out of the 2nd round. (Pitt)

I guess I am an idiot for putting that much stock into the Big Least.

Nah, the selection committee were the idiots...buying into the ESPN hype. We just get conned into believing they know what they are doing.

Yeah, I had Pitt in my FF. And the Buckeyes better not take GM lightly or it will be a short Tourney for 'em. Good luck to Duke today.
