235 wow! that is a lot of weight to cut before the fight. I am also curious to see if Alex really is a MMA fighter. I thought he was pretty decent on the show and could be a good fighter with the right trainers. I also want to see the Hendrick fight too.

you guys can be all hot & excited for Phil Davis.
I will be rooting for Nog. he has something to prove, and I hope he will try to erase the mind of the doubters with a big win!

I do think he won that fight, but it was hard to show...not after his Brilz fight !!! I knew that if it was close he would not get the nod...
