C'mon Stargate......don't be TOO pessimistic. Things are going to be okay.......it's gonna be a good year.

Yeah, I share a lot of your concerns. I think my biggest is Theriot and Schumaker up the middle defensively.

I think the rotation will be better than people think, especially if Garcia turns it around from his bad spring. I think Freese and Berkman will hit, making the lineup very potent. Defense is my biggest concern.

You and I share some of the same concerns. What I'll never understand is why forfeit defense to maybe get more offense? Theriot and Shu are two of my biggest concerns and Berkman is another one, as is K-Mac, Garcia (altho I'm not too worried about him) and the pen.

As you say, defense is a very big concern!

I'm not overly worried about Berkman. I think we'll see plenty of Jay in late inning situations in RF.
