What should happen to this team in the "Off-Season"? If the Broncos fail to secure a victory against the Chargers this Sunday, it will be three straight years without a playoff appearance for Shanahan's Broncos. Coach Shanny all but guaranteed a playoff appearance at the conclusion of training camp. Is he really excempt from the obvious coaching changes that every other coach is subject to?
