Man, where was all this offense the first 8 games? It is sure fun to watch when the Birds are clicking on all cylinders like this offensively.

Berkman has just had a monster week and Holliday coming back has seemingly jump started the bats. Rasmus has been on fire as well.

I think maybe the most important thing is that we are getting consistent starting pitching......if that continues all year, the Cards can still be in the thick of the Central race.

Keep it going, Birds........

I hear you Ten. Colbyn Berkman and Holliday are hitting great and it looks like Albert may have broken out of the slump. It is usually pretty ugly for the opposing pitching when Albert ends a slump, so last night looks like it was the beginning of Albert's season, and what about Yadi going 4 for 4. I admit that I was really starting to worry about the seaon, but the way that they are playing right now they will definatly be in the run for the central.

GO CARDS!!

Yep, I feel much better than I did a week ago. It's only one week, but if everyone is healthy, this is a very very good lineup. If Garcia, Lohse, K-Mac, etc keep giving us consistent starts, we'll be right there in September.
