My choice is Emmitt Smith. Consumate professional on and off the field. Three Super Bowl Rings, Super Bowl MVP, NFL rushing title holder, countless 1000 yard seasons - the list goes on. Top that with college graduate, respected business leader, friend to the community, Dancing With the Stars champion - endless accomplishments off the field as well. Everything he touches turns to gold. That's why he's my choice.
