How nice it is to take two of three from the Reds and take over first place in the very tight NL Central. Could have been a clean sweep if not for the latest Ryan Franklin failure on Saturday, but I won't go into that right now.

Great to see such a solid start from Westbrook last night. He's historically been a slow starter in April during his career, so hopefully the struggles of his first few starts will be in the past now. Salas and Sanchez both looked good, and I think Mitchell Boggs surprisingly looks pretty comfortable in the closer role. I think the bullpen could still cause us some problems, but last night's performance was very encouraging.

Let's hope AP's hamstring isn't a big issue and doesn't derail the hot streak we are on. 12-10 looks pretty good right now following the 2-6 start.

I agree with you. Very nice to beat teh Reds and also as nice to beat a good Atlanta team 2 out of 3. I think they could have won all three of those, though.

We took two out of three in STL, but now we are in danger of being swept in Cincinnati. I think the Reds are by far our biggest competition in the NL Central, and we need to at least get one today.

Our bullpen gave them Friday night's game, which was pretty disappointing.

Well, we got swept and I'm seriously grumpy about it
