I don't agree with all the things he said, I am personally glad Bib Laden is dead, but I appreciate his courage to speak his mind. I also agree that maybe my feelings are too harsh. I like his courage and I like his use of the freedom of speech. Any thoughts?

Here you go EZ.

PITTSBURGH (AP) -- Rashard Mendenhall has created a stir with comments made on his official Twitter page regarding Osama bin Laden's death.

The Pittsburgh Steelers running back on Monday tweeted: "What kind of person celebrates death? It's amazing how people can HATE a man they have never even heard speak. We've only heard one side..."

Mendenhall didn't hold back, even making a reference to the Sept. 11 attacks.

"We'll never know what really happened. I just have a hard time believing a plane could take a skyscraper down demolition style."

At any rate, I think I understand where he was coming from on the celebratory reaction, but on the conspiracy theory part? That's a bit much.

he just saying that it is wrong to celebrate a man's death, no matter what he did. he says that it isn't our place to judge another human being. i don't agree with him, but i like how he has the balls to speak his mind.

Lovit,as You know, the 1st tower struck was up high on impact, the second one hit alot lower,so when the steel melted, there was alot more wieght than the tower struck 1st,that's why it collasped before the 1st one hit,and Yep,It was kinda amazing they collapsed like they did basicaly strieght down.

I remember EZ. I don't think Mr. Mendenhall understands how powerful jet fuel is, nor the physics involved in an implosion.

QUOTE(#10):

hard to believe ? = A building built to 1969/70 codes ,i.e.= weaker exterior, weaker steel-beams/weaker-flame-retardent/insulation sprayed on the beams too, ....not to mention that it was built to withstand a small-jet-airplane for the time , not the super-jumbo-jets of today,.......and all that ~burning~ jet-fuel loaded for the boston to cal. trip too = were ALL the ingrediants to make it come down !

Well put.

Through his tweets you can tell he isn't very well educated and doesn't wait for the facts

As much as i disagree with him, there are extremely smart scholars that have stated the exact same thing. (more than likely where he got his info)
