MLB  > General MLB  > Trading Jose Reyes

This makes the most sense of anything I've read or heard. It's unfortunate, but there is just no way the Mets will be able to keep him.

Giants are going after him

The Mets should cut their losses right now. Jose should be preparing to move on. The owner is a bum. He might be thinking he is George Jr on the other side of town. We all know that he has not been good at what he is doing.

It is Like the Mets to think non baseball like most fan's . Yes lets cut the losses here. Now tell me who is going to leadoff for the Mets? Tejada!!!! What a joke like the owner. Let's trade someone start with Wright, Beltran,K-rod,Pagan,Murphy. Drop Harrison or Harris or both. And if you trade Reyes you best get Elisbury from the sox's. And I don't see it happening. So trade off the pieces above and if you can get something for Capuano or Dickey let them go too. Get a rightfielder and a starter in return. Sign Reyes after the deadline. And role from there. Davis, turner, Reyes, tejada, 3rd ?, Bay, Nieuweisher, Martinez,Duda,Paulino,Thole. I LIKE THIS TEAM ALLOT BETTER! If i'm going to win 82 games , I rather try with these guy's. Fill the rest in...
