And how good is Dirk Nowitzki historically? Watching him tonight with good defense being played against him I remind you, he still managed to make shots that seemed not real. Twisting and turning, spinning and weaving while fading away only to see the ball tickle the bottom of the net. Dirk might be the most under-appreciated player of all-time because he's not outspoken, he's foreign and he not flashy like the Bryant's and James' of the world. But I'll tell you what he is, more hungry than any other player remaining in the playoffs. It's absolutely evident when you watch him play that he will not accept anything less than a championship this year.
