Yeah I can't imagine him dropping to LHW. You should def make picks with us next time. The more the merrier. I know I for one Predicted Nelson to win this fight, and man was I wrong. I didn't see Mir dominating the way he did. but I give him props for dominating the whole fight, but in saying that I still don't see him being a contender. I don't see him beating Brock, Carwin, Cain, or JDS... Or even Werdum or Overeem.
Anyonecthink this video of silva and sea gal is legit sides mehttp://network.yardbarker.com/mma/article_external/steven_seagal_drops_a nderson_silva_for_not_punching_quick_enough_video/4809073

actually Im bragging because I lost a throwdown based on the fact everyone thought Nelson had the better standup and grappling and Browne hasnt fought the competition that Struve has. Also these picks were made when Maynard and Edgar were still fighting and we only did the main card and that fight wasnt on it.

You think Roy would be dominant at 205? Seriously?
Of course I do, as long as he can keep the power he has in the hwt division, because most of his weight is fat which means he can cut down pretty easily and tone up and should be able to keep his power. Not to mention his ground game would probably be the best in the lhw division along with I dont think anyone in the lhw division could knock him out.

QUOTE(#11):

He'd dominate the middle tier, that is for sure.
The Rich Franklins and such.
He would have trouble with Forrest, Rampage, and Shogun (maybe Rashad), but I can see him winning all of those fights if they happen the right way.
But is Roy dedicated enough to lose 60 pounds and keep it off?
When did I say Roy's grappling was better?
I said it was underrated, and I thought he could hold his own against Mir.
I missed the fights, so I can't say what happened. I have them recorded, just haven't gotten around to watching them yet.
QUOTE(#10):
Gotcha. Well, I thought Nelson and Mir were even in the grappling department. I thought technically Mir was better in the standup department but Nelson hit harder and had a better chin. That's why I went Nelson personally. As far as the Browne fight goes. It was exactly how I thought it would play out. Browne hits hard and Struve is very hittable. Like Scott, said earlier, start picking the fights with us. I'll probably be doing a UFC fight night pick'em this week sometime.
You should know me by now, I dont like Nelson and think he is a terrible fighter. I have never credit his grappling because I havent seen it in the ufc against top tier talent. JDS slapped him around and from what I have read so did Mir. Nelson needs to take his training out of his basement or else he would be looking for employment real soon.
QUOTE(#11):

No, he would be too slow against guys like Jones and Rampage.
I dont know why people are saying that Jones will destroy Rampage. When was the last time Rampage was completely dominated in a fight? His last two defeats came by decision and he did some damage in the fight. Forrest did beat him but wasn???t dominated. I thought he beat Evans and almost knocked him out. If Jackson fought Jones would be a lot closer then what people think.
QUOTE(#19):
Jones will not destroy Rampage. I favor Jones in the fight, but it will be tough for Jones because Rampage has much better boxing than Jones and has great TDD. Also, we still don't know how tested Jones chin is. Should be interesting.
Will he really test his chin though? Whens the last time he KOd someone, 3 years ago? I think Jones is more likely to KO Rampage than the other way around
I don't think it will, rampage hasNt looked impressive in what his last four fights, sure he's 3-1 but he squeaked out a dec on jar dine, lost to Evans, didn't do anything in the machida fight except win 2roujds because machida played it too safe and won a lackluster descision giants Hamill, I like rampage we are both from Memphis but he's going to get destroyed
