Whoever wrote this does not know anything about the man called WOODY!Don't even think to compare the two because no one in the history of Ohio State football has done more for the program than Wayne Woodrow Hayes.Do me a favor and go read up on Woody and his accomplishments in the game and also what he did outside the game.Then ask yourself what is it you are trying to say hear.Iwas on the team when Woody lost his composure and there was no disgrace to the university or no NCAA investigations into the football program.Every major college name in coaching stood by Woody not for what he did that night but for what he did his entire career.

Woody never cheated and if you look up the history of Ohio State football Woody turned in his own team for violations a few times.

Nice comment WB. I can't even begin to tear apart that BS from above. Coach Tress and Woody on their worst days will never reach the lows that have come from FSU.

It's apples and oranges, and my opinion my be different than most, but I feel that both were in their hearts doing the right thing.

Coach Tress was wrong, and let me say that again, HE WAS WRONG. Coach Hayes, was just so passionate, that you can never hold that against him.

I would say Eldon was worst...how do you lose a NC with all that talent! No question JT on the FB side of things. Heck Woody still kept a position at the University.

I know it has been said many times before, but the best and the right thing to do is to ignore the troll. It is no more right to attack the school which he is a purported fan of, than for him to bring his trollish comments to this forum.

As single acts...assaulting a player vs coverup of the sale of gold pants/ free tatoos, Id say the assault is worse. If Hayes did nothing else, and treseel is found to have done a lot more to facilitate the rule violations ( that appear to go much much deeper), they myopinion could change, but comparing the 2 specific incidents, assaulting aplayer on national TV is worse.
