He was with I think the Yankees minor league team and they released him, so the Cardinals resigned him. I think it was 3-4 weeks ago.

Hard to believe that he was relesed. The kid looked great when we traded him.
I was thinking the same thing. His minor league numbers after he left the Cards were not very good though. Maybe it'll help to be back in the organization he's familiar with.

I hope so. He seemed to project as a good set up man.
So far, pretty mediocre for Memphis. 4.26 ERA and a 1.42 WHIP in 12 innings pitched in relief.
