NBA  > General NBA  > Thanks Lebron James for reminding me what a miserable life I live
June 13, 2011, 04:02 PM
Well, I'm actually happy LeBron, you see my dear friend I don't have to make fans, teammates or the media happy.
Is just me.
I don't have be careful about what I say, because no one really cares.
Is just me.
Don't have to worry about how handsome I look in front of the cameras.
Is just an "ugly" me.
There are a million other things that are different about our lives.
I do have to say, Lebron I was 2-5 from the three point line and 1-4 from the foul line on the Sunday morning basketball league, oh and by the way I turned the ball over once you did it six times Sunday. Got you there.
You see Lebron our lives are not that different, we both have a hard time making shots in the fourth quarter, of course you do get paid for it, I just get a bottle of Gatorade, you see Mr. James not much is expected from me, everything is expected from you, the Heat pays lots of money to get you to do your job.
Mr. James take the high road and let some of us"regular folks" get a little enjoyment out of life.
After hearing your post-games comments, I'll be honest with you sir, I'M GLAD YOU LOST.
Enough said.

his comments on that particular question were a little inappropriate. but guess he's right.... we do have to get on with our lives and our every day problems and since he lives in fantasy land his life must just be perfect..... too bad his game isn't.

Well put and great post.

I live in Florida, but I couldn't get myself to rout for the Heat. The Big Three are the Arrogant Three.

Predicting "seven our eight championships" before you have ever played a game together puts you in the doghouse forever for most Americans.

I'm a Lebron hater like many others, but I thought his answer to that question was great and completely appropriate.

Hey, at one time the same SB jokes were made about the Saints. The Browns were great once, why not again? All jokes aside.

Lebron is just jealous of the lives us "regular people" have where we don't have to have the pressure of taking shots in the 4th quarter. He'll do anything to avoid them, and he did.

Nice take on what has become the most disappointing thing about the NBA. The attitudes of the players.
