Failure to recognize that the 3 man fron gave opposing QB's too much time was Mangini's major failure. Chasing Vilma just accentuated it!

And Tannenbaums decision to allow Pennington to go to a divisional Rival instead of trying to farm him out to an NFC team, is just another failure. Keeping him at GM is like Leon scrappi9ng Pete (see USC) Carroll for Rich Kotite (see 1-15)
