Who is Art Turner & what is a corrdator?? Pretty pathetic when computers have spell check! Do you mean Ron Turner? Do you mean defensive coordinator? Babich was demoted back to linebacker coach(he just kept his title) & changes were made with Lovie,Marinelli and Hoke!

Although babich kept his title,he was demoted back to linebacker coach. We also added Marinelli and Lovie will call the plays for the most part. We also added Hoke,so changes were made. Get a clue & get spell check!! Go Bears!!

But you still have Ron Turner calling the plays and that is the problem with the offense...sure we could use a couple of skilled players, but this team was good enough to make the playoffs on talent alone...Until they get a QB who has the capability to throw down the field, and a coaching staff with vision to move the ball downfield...they will be an also ran 5-9 win team... And I truly hate that

How about this for an idea....since we are used to having weak seasons...let's just have a real crappy one in '09...get the first round draft pick next year....and pick up Tebow, Bradford, or McCoy....I think we can live with a losing season in order to get a QB that will be astounding....I vote for Tebow....even with mediocre recievers he will make it happen....tebow throwing to Hester and Forte....the combination sounds great

we dont need a QB Orton is a good quarterback. Thats our problem, after every season we think we need a new QB. We dont just give orton a freaking chance.

Orton had a chance...and he he better talent the Grossman had...and could not once make the plays that we needed to win...if we do not get a new QB...then put Grossman back at QB, he can make all the throws...Orton can not...and that is a fact that we all have to live with.

The play calling is not the problem, its the play makers, or lack there of. If there was 1 #2 receiver on this 08 bears team they could have won a game or 2 more, but instead they had a plethora of glorified #3's being the most Devin Hester. We should be thankful that the line held up miraculously so that forte could squeak out a 1200 yard season and one of the best bears rb seasons since i have been a fan ('90 when i was 3). They had to use olsen and clark as recievers because they were the best recievers we had! 3 main needs in offseason:
1. D/Oline whichever falls first in draft
2. Receivers NEED
3. Secondary, replacements for BOTH Payne and Brown

Name one game that the Bears could not have won without Orton at QB...If you want to count the one against the Lions, that is one...It make no sense to bring back the same Coordinator's and Orton...the experiment has failed, if Orton gets a second chance...why Not Rex Grossman, he did lead this team to the SuperBowl, and since you have upgraded the talent, give him a chance to win one for us...Cause when he he else where winning, what will you say then...it only happens to every player we let go...One more question, How does Jerry Angelo keep his job?
