Harrison played well this year but nothing close to what Ed Reed did. Past 5 of 7 games with 2 picks ?? thats just ridiculous.. watchout Titans

Ed Reed, you got that right.

Ed Reed is a stud, but the Ravens are so overated! Wow......you beat Miami. Titans will send you packing for the rest of the year.

So let me get this straight... the Defensive Player of the Year should go to the best player over a two game stretch? Where was Reed during the first 10 games? He had a great second half, but he was no where near Harrison for the entire season.

POLAMALU should of got the award, hes been CONSISTANT ALL YEAR LONG

Harrison is rushing in on every play, Reed can't make them throw the ball his way every time. Use some common sense.

Please. Ed Reed was a ghost in this huge AFC Championship game. Did he make a play all night? I didn't even see him once. Meanwhile Troy Polamalu took the game over and won it for the Steelers. Sorry Ravens. I have no idea how a team so weak on offense made it as far as you guys did. See ya next year.

BINGO

Perfect reason why the NFL awards should be handed out after the end of the season. Ed Reed was invisable during the AFC Championship game. That in mind, he should never even been a canidate.

You're kidding me right? A thread topic with "should of" in the title and another dummy writing the same. Wonderful, Ed Reed had an uncommon unproductive game. It happens. But seriously, steelers fans, please don't talk of (see that's how it is used properly) anemic offenses like you are the second coming of the 1999-2003 Rams. And Ravens fans, stop making us all seem like retarded hillbillies from an SEC school
