How is this guy gonna shape up in Arizona? I think he's gonna do an alright job ..
I'm still taking the Rams to win this division though. Do you think he has the leadership qualities that an NFL quarterback needs? Does he have the "it" factor? Tell me what you guys think!

I haven't seen enough of him, so it's hard to say. Yeah, the 'Boys played the Eagles twice (sometimes 3 times) a year, but Kolb seldom played. The last game he played against the Cowboys, all of their subs were playing. Hard to tell from that game. Hope he succeeds tho

I was excited for him to be named the starter in Philly when they had announced that. He sat behind McNabb from 2007 to 2010. He flashed a little in spot duty, and never got to complete a full 16 game schedule as the starter and really get comfortable (see Clay Matthews game 1 vs G.B. 2010)
I think he is an upgrade over Derrick Anderson and John Skelton. It remains to be seen how much. We are casual observers, and Coach Whisenhunt had to do his due diligence researching Kolb before handing over DRC. He is confident, is fairly accurate, decent arm strength, and hunts wild hogs with a Rambo knife....whats not to like?

I love it when FN allows double speak............lol

20 TD's 14 INTs.

I'd reduce the TD number significantly, but he's got Fitzgerald to throw the ball to. That should be good for about 8-10 TD's right there.

I've never been impressed with Kolb and think the Cardinals gave up too much for him.

That the equipment manager will issue him a jersey with his name spelled Cobb. How does he pronounce his last name?

Agreed.

I wonder if the Cards make a serious run at Kyle Orton... I know it's the trendy thing to bash the guy, but I think he's a more proven QB than Kolb.

I think people went a little crazy with the Kolb hype. I think he is going to be a middle of the road QB. If he was going to be more than that, the Eagles would have never let him go.

People are sheep and when the Media tells them they should be excited they become excited. If you are a fan of a team of coarse you would think that management of that team knew what they were doing. As a 49er fan and a person who never really wanted Alex Smith as our starting QB, I could see why the 49ers took him back for one season, and I'd rather see him on our team for one season than stuck with Kolb for 4 or 5.
