Considering the train wreck that is the orgnaization called the Cleveland Browns, what are the opinions of the masses when it comes to the next GM and Head Coach for the Browns?

My dream choices were Pioli and McDaniels in a package deal. Obviously not going to happen.

I am pretty sure we are going to get Mangini (which I dont mind) and Kokini (worries me)...

Well, really who wants the Cleveland job if not just for the money? Ive never seen a program that just throws money out the door. Think back a few years to Jeff Garcia pro bowl qb. Played very hard at Cleveland but made enemies because he wanted the other players to play with the intensity that he did. The other players who in my opinion are pay check collectors, revolted and really made him look bad. This type of problem starts at the top and runs down hill from the main office. When it came to Romeo he was thier yes man for the last few years. Great D guy but horrid head coach, no emotion in a coach heads strait to the players as you could see on the field. They never hustled on the field or seemed excited about anything but what they did as a single player. As they say, "there is no I in team" there is no Cleveland in team either. The new coach will have his hands full thats for sure and for certain.
