NFL  > Indianapolis Colts  > Curtis Painter needs to go, and quickly!

This guy not only needs a haircut but he needs a new job..IMO
Painter is not a leader and definately no replacement for Peyton Manning. Polian needed to find a QB a year ago if not more. Looks like the Packers, Steelers, and Pats are gonna have their way with the NFL this season. I hate to mention the Eagles so I won't. Or the Jets

The film I saw of him last weekend was actually quite funny, absolutely pathetically funny.
Without Peyton your not even the Raiders, your team is done.

JD,
what's the local word on Peyton's neck? Expectations? What the heck was wrong?

Collins is a zillion times better than Painter, hell I'm a girl and I'm better than Painter. Obviously we all want Manning. No one wanted to think he could ever get hurt. Manning carries the team, a team of great players. Last season, who would have thought we'd get to the playoffs with players we'd never even heard of? Now it's time for the veterans to carry the QB. Manning may not be on the field but he will be there and will still run that offense. With the Titans, Collins had Chris Johnson......with the Colts, he has amazing players to build him up. I don't think anyone expects him to be Peyton, but rather expect Collins to take advantage of the 10 other guys on the field and rock the house. No matter what, we are a fantastic team and I think we are going to suprise the league. I miss you Peyton, I hope you heal soon - and you are back 100%, even if you don't take a snap till next season. Collins, I support you, my team, and all of us fans who do BELIEVE. Now lets take the Texans down...big time. GO COLTS!!!!!

wiseup: 2011 showed just how much Manning carried the colts, If medical staff does not clear Manning to play, he should retire and be the QB coach. Who better for Luck to learn from.

Are they going to pay him the $28 million to be a QB coach? Besides it sounds like Manning and Irsay aren't speaking to one another. The question for now is when will the Colts let Manning go? Then the question is; Can Manning pass a physical and if he can, how much is a team willing to pay him for the next 3 years?

If Manning is let go and passes a physical the sky is the limit on how much he is worth. We are talking about one of the greatest QB's to ever play in the NFL.
