The Dodgers just scored 22 runs in 2 games, as part of a 3 game sweep of an above .500 Cardinals team.

They had a come from behind victory in the bottom of the ninth in the first game, and then had two absolutely crushing victories in the second and third games. The final score of the series was 24-7. Both the Dodgers pitching and their hitting were absolutely excellent and accomplished what needed to be done when it needed to be done, possibly the first time that's happened over an entire series all year.

So what I was wondering, as a Dodgers fan, is who woke up Cthulu?

Now, here's a real post with a legitimate comment. Maybe everyone stays off California team-related posts because they're afraid they may be shot and killed when they walk out of their house later? But the Dodgers really are a perplexing team -- thank goodness for Vin Svully anyway. He helps you to enjoy the game no matter how dreary it is otherwise!
