Yes, I wholeheartedly agree. Let's clean house from Virginia McCaskey on down to the fan who lives under the bridge. Then start over with;
BGDUECE as Owner. Vice president, and General Manager. All those who say Aye , vote now. Those who vote Nay, vote tomorrow.
(This thing has been floating since January with NO replies.....might as well have some fun with it.................LOL)
And Duece comes through with a new post, nice. Umm I really need to put some thought into this so I'll reply in a bit. Don't like Martz though, he never seems to use his talented backs enough. Shame we couldn't get Rivera back in here.
I would love to see Shannahan come in and reunite with Cutler. I believe he likes to call a lot of his own plays but I am not 100 percent on that. Zorn is probably gone in Washington after this year and his defensive coordnator Greg Williams has done a great job whereever he's been (except as the Bill's head coach). Other then that, Norv Turner and Wade Phillips have been flops as head coaches but are brilliant coordnators. Would they accept a step down if they were fired this year? Who knows but they are both on the hot seat. Really good post though Duece, very interesting question.
Look at the date that this thread was created...I know then that neither coordinator was not about ****...but since that day that this thread has been created, a lot of fresh talent is on the market...I would like Leslie Frazier to be the Defensive Coordinator, he has done a excellent job with the Vikings defense...and being a former Bear, it is time to come home...For Offensive coordinator I still like Mike Martz, he has the same philosophy as Shanahan, move the ball up the field through the air, not that West Coast dink and dunk crap, or worse Ron Turner...I just don't think that a coach who has won the Super Bowl, will take a coordinators position, if one would, their would be unlimited options...

I thought I read somewhere Shanahan ran Walsh's west coast system. We should see this year how Ron Turners version of it works with a Q.B. that actually have the arm strength, head and accuracy for the scheme to work properly.
Kramer was the last Q.B. the Bears had that was accurate enough to make the west coast system work. Grossman had the arm strength but not the head for it. Orton had the head for it but not the accuracy or arm.
*laffin*......This message board is as old as dirt.............That's why I brought it back up, to have some fun with it and vote people in or out. Today this board is 7 months old, and until I made my remark, there had been NO responses. So, let's have some fun!
BGduece has been nominated for Owner, Vice President, and General Manager. All in favor, say AYE.
I vote AYE.
GSH 1 as President.............AYE

lol..........This is just for fun........goes no further than this message board. But, BG don't want to play. He's been seen going upstairs to the attic when I come in.
Remember when I said something about a board for "anything football or whatever's on your mind"? This is a good chance here, since this one is like 7 months old today. I dug it up out of BG's back yard last evening when he was down on the corner of Matt Jones and Madden 10.

LOL.......Man, didn't you know that Virtual life precedes anything normal? We cannot have you doing real life things anymore without getting permission from your Virtual friends.
*joking*.............I'm taking a break from real life honey do's now. Been busy most of the morning putting up paneling on our new addition. Waiting on a new stove to be delivered right now.
Right now, with the season a month away, don't need to change a thing. Superbowl baby. I can't frakkin wait for this season to start. Can't frakkin wait. Go Bears ....
