NCAAF  > General NCAAF  > College Football Game Day - week 2 (huh?)
September 7, 2011, 12:54 PM
"So, which is it? Game day or game week? Do you know your own mind, boy?"

Once upon a time, not so long ago, life was simpler. Friday nights were for high school football. Saturdays were for college football, and Sundays were for pro football. For fans of college football, Saturday was known as GAME DAY! Now, with so many ways to deliver game viewing experiences to fans, college football is all over the calendar. So be it. Fans still behave like fans when they're watching the games.

So, whether you're "tail gating" in front of your big screen TV, your iMac, your iPad, your iPhone, the stadium, or some combination of the above, when the CFB games are being played, post your comments here. Rants, raves, and the usual expressions of fans engrossed in the action are always welcome. Otherwise, please keep it relevant to current CFB games, with a dash of humor, and the like.

Just noticed the Army SDSU game is on at noon EST. For once I get to have the scores before 1 AM. That will be nice at least.

Oh crap. Just noticed this was a week 2 thread. Oh well. I'll still go with same post cause we probably wont beat CSU as bad as UCF did. And one UM will still suck and the other UMs unis will still look....sucky;)

A collision all right, but only one team looks like a powerhouse.

Arizona has always relied solely on its passing--usually barely bothers to run the ball--and Okie State has that all figured out. Zona is way overmatched.

Preseason 4th in the Pac 12 South Division and 6th overall doesn't qualify them for powerhouse status?
