I remember driving to a jobsite, it was a long way`s off, and I was getting pissed that the news kept interrupting the show I was listening to, and had no idea as to what was going on at the time.
I worked all day not knowing what took place that morning, as soon as I got in the truck to go home that night I knew it was bad, but still had no idea of just how bad it was, even after getting home and watching the news it was hard to fathom just how much that morning events sucked.
It changed the world we live in, and to anyone that was touched personally by that, I feel extra sorrow for you, it was a bad day.
I remember I was at home by myself with my son who was 2 at the time and my phone rang and my sister asked me if I had the TV on and I said no, and she said turn it on all H@ll is breaking loose. I turned the TV and just watched in horror because they did not know where that third missing plane was then there was reports that it was located right over where I live . I cradled my son and prayed for the best and called my husband and told him what was going on and that I loved him. They finally reported that the third plane had crashed in PA but I still didnt feel any relief. I never watched much news because of the bad news and things but that day I watched and cried for the families that lost loved ones , and sit and wondered if it was over.
My son was to young to remember that day, my daughter was not born, but me and my husband tell our son every year we know exactly and will never forget where we were that day.
Prayers to the families of the lost loved one on that day. May god cradle them in his hands and give them comfort.

That was beautiful BBT.... I was hoping to hear stories like these today. I think it is a common bond we will all have together forever.
It is sadly Dawnie a common bond we as Americans do share. Even if we didnt lose loved ones that day we still felt the pain of that day and still do. I can't even watch about it to this day without getting teared up.
But that is what today is for to reflect and share and I like you hope more do the same.
Bless all my friends I have made along the way. :)

that was a great Jack, I`m drunk enough that my ADD didn`t stop me from reading all of it, and I`m glad, that was a good read !
For those we lost in 9/11;
For those whose Angels are now in heaven, My heart goes out to you at this time,as if you were a close friend of mine.
May the peace of God rule your heart, Remember in spirit you are not apart, continue keeping their memory alive, and living will not be a strife.
May we never see such a day again, may we never go through so much pain, may we all learn to live together in love, for we all serve above.
So my friend, wipe away that tear, think of the good memories and share, even though they are in heaven above, they look down on you everyday with much love.
Jack that was beautiful!!!! THANKS FOR SHARING THAT!!!!
