I enjoyed the confrontation between Floyd Mayweather vs Larry Merchant more than the actual fight between Mayweather and Ortiz.

It's too bad Mayweather had to react to Merchant's question like that. Mayweather 's brash character just couldn't hold back. Are we not suprised about how he reacted to the question? It's too bad professional boxing has come down to this. Yes it's supposed to be professional.

By the way, Larry Merchant has been part of boxing even before Mayweather was born. Larry Merchant is 80 years old. Have a little respect for your elders Mayweather. Also, it's Larry Merchant's job to ask the questions after the fight. He's been doing it for years.

Was it an unfair question? I don't think so. Mayweather should have just answered the question professionally.
Maybe Mayweather should take some advise from Michael Jordan on how to answer questions from announcers in a professional way.

Also, I'd rather see a rematch between Mayweather vs Merchant rather than Mayweather vs Ortiz. What do you fans think?
