The titans are 2-Deep @ every position except cornerback. The Titans need to invest in a tall shutdown corner and address the wide receiver position through free agency with their #1 priority being T. J. Houshmanzadeh.

For the 1st pick of the draft you want someone who is going to come in and have immediate impact. There aren't too many holes for immediate impact.

-C - we do need a C in a year or two, but not this year. We could pick up a decent C like Luigs in a mid round that will do nicely in the future. This is true for DE also.

-DT - I honestly think they'll give Albert what he wants and get him back.

-RB, QB, S, LB - I think the Titans think they're set for a while.

-WR - I too would love a "spark" like Harvin/Maclin, but I can't see TN given up 1st round dough on a wideout they won't throw to much. They are smashmouth team.....run first. After Crabtree there is a lot of WR talent that can be had in later rounds. And granted the current WR's aren't Fitz/Quan, but they were a h@ll of lot better than the year before.

-CB - Look for this to be their target. A shutdown corner that can come in and immediately split time with Harper is the best bet and most likely scenario.

i dont know which statement i disagree with more, but here goes.

a) they arent even 1 deep at wr.
b) their #1 priority HAS to be haynesworth. as a unrestricted free agent he will be in great demand and not come cheap. losing him would leave a gaping hole in the middle of that d.

is there anyone paying attention to the titans in free agency. the titans hardly ever puts a team together that looks good on paper, the system they have with smart solid players has been paying off for them in the past signing free agent WR Washington and DT Haye and trying to add depth to the CB position will take pressure off the titans in the draft so they can draft the best player availble and not just fill a roster spots, at this point i don't care who fisher drafts. i know it will be good! if you are a titan fan 2010 looks to be a great season

As a Titan fan we had a ok free agent signing period .We still need a playmaker at receiver .As for the steelers they suck and are plain and simple down right lucky .Why I say lucky they were one blown call from facing the Titans in the playoffs that was what I hoped for so did all Titan fans .One the Titan rule the steelers , Someone made the statement Ben Roth being the best football player to lace up a pair of cleats . He cant carry half of the Titans bags let alone One Peyton Manning, Yes I'm a VOLS fan to but Ben can't and will never touch Peyton Manning . GO TITANS

What kind of offense could you build around 'the firm' - White, Johnson, and Young? Some team will take Pat White and put him into an offense that will be harder to defend against for a year or two anyway...like the Dolphins were last year. Why not the Titans? What kind of offense could you develop with Chris Johnson, Vince Young, and Pat White in the same backfield?
Might be fun to watch, anyway.

You mean Lendale White right. Pat White is not going to go far as a Qb in the league at best maybe a back up .Now at receiver maybe he could do something . And for your ? you asked you couldnt build a good O with Pat White in the back Feild any where u look u couldnt on the corner u may be able to. Tennessee dont need another run style Qb unless your talking Tebow then there is a powerful O Tebow ,CJ , L white . that would be good
