this sounds weird but i saw some dude on TV did this so i was wondering....

For $1 million plus the cost of surgery, would you get breast implants (for guys only)? As for size, lets say C cups. Well?

I'd see if I could talk them up to a mil and a half. For 3 mil, I'd promise to leave them in for a year.

I've seen this story a few times before, and what I find really hilarious is that they censor the man-implant on TV.
