I saw that Jimmy was released by the Padres, after hitting .178 this season. Sad to see, he was such a productive hitter for the Cards for so many years....it's been sad to see how his skills have declined over the last few seasons. As hard as it was to see him traded, I thought they were doing the right thing for the organization, and I guess this just proves that right. He's a mere shadow of his former self, but I wish him luck. He was a great Cardinal
