We all know the summer of 1998 like it was yesterday. "The Duel" as it came to be known. Between two great players, 136 homers were hit, the most by two players in history.

Mark McGwire and Sammy Sosa gave us a summer that kept us on the edge of our seats from the first "PLAY BALL" to the last out.

Whether the rumors are true or not remains to be seen. I know deep in my heart Mark isn't in this boat. We can all thank Jose Canseco for throwing Mark under the bus to get the heat of his stupid ******.

I believe Mark. We all believe Mark. He deserves his right in the HOF. His lawyers have bought his silence at the congressional hearing years ago. They should be the ones we should be asking, not Mark.
