OK guys, so we have the Head coach, and we are putting together the staff...Time to move on to the fun part...Let's talk Free Agency and draft POSTITIONS of priority...I feel it might be early to talk what players to draft since we aren't 100% clear on who's entering the draft and there hasn't been a combine. So basically who do we go after in Free agency (if anyone) and whats the most important position we need to draft.

--Does this new coaching staff make a Statment and get a big name in Free Agency?

--Is the 1st round pick a Ball-hawk safety (from USC maybe) or a monster at linebacker (from Ohio or USC maybe) or do we go completely different and give Cutler a top tier back to take some pressure off of him?

--Remember Shanny isn't here anymore (tear) so maybe the days of the 6th round RB or undrafted RB pickup are over with--no more revovling door at RB (maybe)
