NFL  > Dallas Cowboys  > This Week's Excuse

So, I wonder what this week's excuse is going to be. Had high(er) hopes for this season, but they just keep beating themselves.

Not an excuse, but stupid penalties doomed Dallas today.

The lack of a decent running game didn't help either.

This week's excuse? Only 58 minutes of defense, game is 60 minutes long. WTF?

QUOTE(#17):

dallas had the pats on the ropes for most of the game,....dallas pretty much outplayed the pats for 90% of the game, then lettup on that last 2:00 drive [brady].,.... dallas-fans have nothing to be ashamed of today, ... dallas WILL get better from this experiance too !

They better hurry up then because they're 2-3. You only get better from winning close games and not losing them.

They played against Brady, not Grossman.

+40, i'm taking that as sarcasm, about the Cowboys, and losing too the Pats, isn't an embarssing loss, niether, even though it mean't more too Dallas.

EZ, Mother,
thanks for the kind words but Dallas needs to find some consistency, this week it was penalties. Dallas was +2 on turnovers and lost; rare in the NFL. Dallas D does a 3-n-out on Pats next to last drive and RHG (Garrett) can't muster ONE first down with his Genius play calling? Romo is one of the best roll-out passers (some will argue) and Garrett never uses that skill. I'm SOOOO mad! Still!
