NFL  > General NFL  > Denard Robinson

I'm sort of curious to see what all of you have to say. Do you think Robinson enters the draft this year (with Luck, Barkley, Jones, and Griffin all high on the draft boards), or waits until the next one? And if he does enter, how high/low do you think he would go?

He's an exciting player, to say the least. He's lightning in a bottle. But I'm skeptical of his throwing arm. However, where is his draft stock? There has been a huge influx of fast young quarterbacks into the NFL lately. Plus Griffin is coming into the draft.

But who would take him? A lot of teams have a project athletic quarterback. The Panthers have Cam Newton. The Broncos have Tim Tebow. The Raiders have Terrelle Pryor. The Ravens have Taylor. The Titans have Locker.

Not to mention that plenty of teams in the NFL have talented young quarterbacks already, and the at LEAST 3-4 quarterbacks indisputably above Robinson right now won't help his stock at all.

How many teams really have a need at quarterback right now without an incumbent? Dolphins. Redskins. Chiefs. Seahawks. Potentially Denver. All of those teams are going to look higher up in the draft for their guy, or swing a trade.

Bottom line is, I don't know. If I had to guess, I'd say that he goes in the 4th round to, frankly, whoever decides to pick him first. My gut says the Texans, but it's just a guess.

What do you think?

Joe Webb got drafted and played quarterback. Terrelle Freaking Pryor got drafted to play quarterback, and he was just terrible. Robinson is better than both of them!

(This isn't easy for me to say, I'm a Buckeye fan)

He'll get his chance. Whether or not he stays a quarterback, we'll see. But he gets a chance.

Think about it - at worst, you pick up a speedy 3rd/4th receiver and Wildcat QB. At best, you get Michael Vick, but with less picks.
