Daniel Cormier only holds respect for one other HW....other than the man in front of him.

He???s the most difficult fight for me or for anyone else. The other toughest is Barnett. I think he beats Lesnar, he beats Carwin, I think he beats all those guys.

It's weird he holds that much respect for his teammate in the fact that as Velasquez is being interviewed next to him, Velasquez talks about how dangerous and opponent Cigano is but Cormier seems to completely over look JDS as a challenge.

Me? Personally, I started saying about 2 years ago now that JDS was the future Champ of the HW division. I snickered when Lesnar got sick because the first thing I could think of was how lucky Lesnar was. Lesnar didn't need another knock out loss that quickly again..it would put a screeching halt to his progress.

Question? Is Cormier getting big for his britches this early in his young MMA career? Odds are Barnett beats him in my Opinion! I think Lesnar is going to have huge trouble with Overeem.... I think the two #1 and #2 clear HWs are getting it on in the cage on November 12th FOR FREE!!!

Cormier also says even if he beats Barnett and takes one fight in the UFC as the Grand Prix Champ then he is in line for a title shot. I say put on the brakes but Cormier is so confident in both him and Cain that Cormier said he sees a drop to 205 and a fight with Bones Jones in his future. I think he can stay at HW if he wishes since UFC Gold is going home with Junior!
