I have McNabb as my starter and Leinart as my backup. Should I continue to bench Leinart or cut him and pick up someone else who can pile some stats if Donovan goes down or let it ride and see if Matt turns it around?

Well it depends on who is left out there. Leinart right now is still learning and the ravens is a tuff play for any qb. Right now stick with Mcnabb as your start and leinart your backup. Unless for some reason. Farve or Delhomme or someone like that is on the wire.
