Texas can thank ESPN and the rest of the pin heads who woke up the sleeping giant Albert Pujols by making him the game two scape goat of the World Series.
He hit THREE homers in game 3.
The media is becomeming more and more the third paticipent in sports that only require two.
Your comments please.
Is the media just too critical, are they looking for stories where there is none.
Just asking....

I would hope that a great player like Pujols can use the fact that his team is in the World Series as motivation enough to "wake up". I doubt anything the press said after Game 2 affected his performance in Game 3 that much.

We're talking Albert Pujols here. He doesn't need any "outside" motivation.

The media has to create stories to keep up with getting the "news out 24/7. This isn't the first time and it won't be the last time

He was in afunk until he got upset by all the comments about the error , he did not make himselve available to media after the game...so he was upset..
