We've finally been liberated from the mismanagement and incompetance which marked Calderon's tenure at Madrid. Only time will tell if Balouda will serve with greater integrity and wisdom, but I doubt he can be much worse. Calderon ran the club as if he preferred the attention on himself rather than the players. He took every possible opportunity to inject himself in to any proceedings at the club, and thrived on the spotlight.
