Apparently on Oct. 6th Owens placed a call to 911 after over dosing on pills.
Why are we just now hearing about it????

On Thursday, TMZ said it obtained the 911 call placed moments before Owens was rushed to an L.A. hospital for a possible pill overdose. According to his assistant, the NFL and reality star was trying to kill himself, TMZ said. During the call, placed at 11:02 p.m., the dispatcher asks the assistant "Was this a suicide attempt?" -- and she responds, "Yes, I believe so." While she was on the phone with the dispatcher, the woman claims Owens was "talking to his girlfriend, ex-girlfriend ... [I]don't really know what you wanna call it," TMZ reported. Owens was hospitalized in 2006 when he insisted he had a bad reaction to painkillers, despite reports that he tried to commit suicide by inhaling 35 Vicodin pills. Owens later held a news conference on the matter and stated, "The rumor of me taking 35 pills, I think is absurd. I don't think I would be here if I had taken 35 pills," TMZ reported.Read more: http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2011/10/27/terrell-owens-hospitalized -after-alleged-suicide-attempt-report-says/?test=faces#ixzz1c5Xlzl6q

Well thank you Mr. Obvious.

The story came out on October 10th but was overshadowed by Al Davis' death. TO is claiming that he had only taken sleeping pills and his assistant didn't realize that was the cause for his being unresponsive. But I don't think we'll ever really know.

Pobably a bi-polar disorder. I just found out that the guy who always played Bill Clinton on SNL was loony as a tune. He was even removed from the set in a straight jacket. Now we know how those spots open up on SNL...death or mental instability. Maybe genius is a hop skip and a jump from total insanity! wooo hoooo...I feel smarter already!

That is a trip!

Darrell Hammond. He just did an interview and he talked about his problems. He was physically and emotionally abused by his mother. Very fokked up.

Wow. I'm going to have to look that up.

we all suffer from a little something, it's a matter of being cognitive of your behaviors, and adjusting your conditioned responses to a more appropriate behaviors.

Well put.

That story on Hammond was really sad. Amazing how he was able to even do the show with all that inner turmoil.

I can't even imagine the self medicating that goes on over there at SNL....sniff sniff

not like there is any history of drug overdoses of former cast members.
