Kansas Jayhawks Fan Group  > Jayhawks Message Board  > It's Going to be A Long Year

I watched the Kentucky game last night and for the first time in about 15 years, the Jayhawks did not have the ability to stop a team from scoring at will. The 2nd half was painful to watch as Kentucky dominated on both ends of the floor.

The big difference with this team will be its inability to score which will cause fast breaks for the other team and lead to easy baskets and/or foul trouble for KU.

There are some bright spots in there. I harldy recognized Withey and he played very well. But Robinson will shoulder most of the burden inside and Self will not be able to protect him from foul trouble.

Bumpy road ahead for the Jayhawks.
