NFL  > Chicago Bears  > Two losses in a row, Who's to blame? How many more are coming???
December 5, 2011, 03:22 AM
I'm sure most people will blame Hanie, but I tend to look at Mike Martz more. He is the one who doesn't practice his 2nd string QBs that much and with more coaching up could Hanie have been more prepared? Then there's the play calling for geniuses that he does. Wow, who does he think his players are? Minature Albert Einsteins in athletes bodys? Does Lovie deserve any blame? How about the OL and Mike Tice who allowed the Chiefs to get so many sacks that Hanie looked like a piece of meat that the "junk yard dogs" were fighting over? Lastly there's the injuries to Matt Forte and Major Wright etc.

Will we even win another game unless Jay makes it back this season? I would normally say, "Ok at least if we don't make the playoffs we will get a good draft choice.", but the Bears haven't proven themselves to be great talent evaluators recently in past drafts and FA pickups. Maybe we should just go back ten yards and punt!!! I'm not usually so negative but this team is self destructing/falling apart almost everywhere. GO BEARS!!!

I keep wondering and hoping for the silver lining in this mess this season. It might be that we might be able to get a fast and big WR who can catch in the draft. Or considering JA's track record a DE that can compliment Peppers for the other side of the D line. GO BEARS!!!

They should sign McNabb. He is available, and would love to play where he grew up. Does anyone think he'd be an improvement over Hanie? I know his last couple stops have been tough on the eyes, but he has playoff experience, and they could also sign Westbrook now that Forte is hurt. They could also sign T.O. and Moss.
Who thinks that would be a great story? McNabb, Westbrook, T.O., and Moss....all over 30 years old, and never won a Superbowl.
That should happen, someone call Lovie....what do you have to lose with 4 games left and down your starting QB, and RB who is 65% of the offense?
I'd pay to see that!

It's a good idea but it'll never happen in that organization.

I like to think outside the box.

It was reported on ESPN that Brett Favre is open to an offer from the Bears to play QB.

Oh man - DO NOT GO THERE -PLEASE ;-)

If the question is how many more losses to come....lets see no QB , now no running back , yikes !!! How many games left in the season ?

The Bears will not sign McNabb or Farve. By the time they might know enough of the offense to be effective, (2 weeks) Cutler could be back either that week or the one after.

I hope we get a new OC during the offseason but have nothing but hopes.

If the Bears let Forte walk the upper management should be jailed (extortion) for not giving a **** about if the Bears win or lose. But isn't this what we have been dealing with since GSH died??? GO BEARS!!!
