Is Rondo an over hyped player, that happens to be on an All-Star team or would he be considered - an average player, on another roster?

Don't get me wrong, the talent of the player has a lot to do with their individual success, but a huge part of the equation depends on....which team & chemistry one is a part of.

Could a player like Jose Calderon be as effective, given the same opportunity, by having the luxury of 'passing the rock', to 3 impact /dangerous players - KG, Jesus Shuttleworth & P2(Truth)?

If you were a GM, would Rondo be a player that you would want running your back court?
