I was on the CNNSI.com site and it asked if I wanted to take a survey!??? HELL YES!!!! I torched that survey and crapped all over fannation so IF any of you are ever ASKED about taking a survey here then please say YES and crap on the fannation TnR and Messageboards. There are a couple of time you can type in comments, not just the little buttons you click to answer. Good hunting.

Although cutting out about 4500 stupid comments from me was probably a wise idea.

Ever go back and read something you wrote 2 or 3 years ago? It can be scary.

Oh I'm ok with them deleting the comments, just how about an explanation why? Or maybe just let them decay away, you know anything beyond 35 months is just gone? 24 months...whatever.

Ironically we are generating income for them, I'm under the delusion I am a customer, when in reality I'm nearly an endentured servant. They use our presence here to puff up traffic counts and sell adverts (though for the life of me I cannot find anything on this page that is NOT CNNSI related or their own product...but let's not let the facts slow down my rant) yet there is never a word of what is going on. I WANT TO KNOW! Knowledge is power. More power to the people. Should we have an "unoccupy fannation"?

they erased blocks of comments, I went from Approx 6K to 1700 the other day. Someone indicated they just deleted tons of the archives (again I could care less, not like it's the National Library of Congress in here) I just feel like their "customers or patrons" we deserve a bit fo an explanation.

As for the "offensive" side I've seen and felt that arbitray action from them as well.

I wonder if anyone has told the mods that their links are bad?

If your on si.com and click on the Fannation link you get a 'under maintenance please try back later'.

This has been this way for a couple of weeks, really rather funny seeing as how you NEED to know how to get to this site now, new visitors are not getting here.
On the other hand it does keep out new riff raff.

We are cattle to them. Maybe they locked the door...and observing what a motley crew we are.
They're experimenting with us like mice in a laboratory. Or they're aliens and are amused at how primitive we still are. The world's about to explode...and we're worried about our comment counts lol!

Of course they do, the problem lies when you don't think the way they want you to think. This is the equivalent to going to a town hall meeting where the room is lacquered with advertisements and the chairperson only lets people express themselves with the words they want to hear.

That's right we are Pavlovian dogs being bombard with subliminal messages SI by not banning or punishing Spammers is basically saying they want the world to accept Spam.
